The more we tell our story, the more we have the power to rewrite it ⚡
I spoke to a woman recently and she admitted to me that she only writes positive things in her journal... She won't look at the "bad". (Were my wheels turning in my head!)
She had fear that there would be people who'd read it... I asked her what she feared... What is "bad" to you?
"If I put it on paper, it makes it real."
It is not to judge that many people feel this way. They wish to not look at it all.. but even within is it still real.
The healing path we dare to go down only challenges us to see love in it all. We are challenged so we may grow 🌱
We often turn a blind eye to the shame or fear we grasp so tightly to... when the very fear is only keeping us in a story that we should fear it.
And the potential of healing is not hiding it under the rug, but pulling it all out from underneath your subconscious -
peeling the layers back
and revealing it
owning
releasing
& exhaling
the weight of holding it in.
Only here can we start to truly start to heal.
Ever heard, "what we don't own, owns us" ?
What we do not own will only continue to show us on other people, experiences, patterns or dare I say the karma we will continue to live on as we live other lives...
So why not be curious about the depths?
The taboo of our shame that we do not speak of as if it is "thou not shall speak his name" is most of the time very similar to one another.
❤️What's to fear what it is clearly your own heart?
❤️What is to live if we are not fully living?
The potential lies in your embodiment, your becoming - fully embraced, liberated...
SO WHAT if it makes you a little rough around the edges?
The best stories are.
